Job Overview NCC is a fully private membership club looking to add a dedicated and skilled PART TIME Line Cook for our culinary team. Weekends, inluding Sundays and Holidays a MUST Duties • Proficient in preparing ala carte dining menu items and banquet/event cuisine. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including cooking stations and equipment. • Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times. • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Skills • Experience working in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in fine dining settings. • Ability to handle various cooking equipment and tools safely and effectively. • Excellent communication skills. • Passion for culinary arts with a willingness to learn and grow within the food industry.
