JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Description: As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities: * Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using a commercial dishwasher or by hand. * Ensure all dishes and kitchen items are properly sanitized and free of food residue. * Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and other kitchen workspaces. * Assist with the disposal of trash and recycling as needed. * Support kitchen staff during busy times by helping with basic food preparation or organization. * Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications: * Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus but not required. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness. * Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods. * Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
