The Concierge position at Invited plays a pivotal role within the Member Experience team, focusing on delivering personalized and outstanding service to club members and guests. This role is essential in creating unforgettable moments by managing communications such as phone calls, reservations, and emails efficiently while fostering a welcoming atmosphere that makes members feel truly valued. The Concierge acts as a key liaison between members and the club, ensuring every interaction reflects the club’s core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells.
Working closely under the supervision of the Member Experience Director, the Concierge is responsible for greeting members and guests warmly, providing detailed information about club amenities and upcoming events, supporting member retention initiatives through targeted outreach, and assisting with various communications including social media and newsletters. The role demands a service-oriented mindset and a positive, can-do attitude, requiring the ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and respond promptly and thoughtfully to member needs. In addition to managing reservations and event registrations, the Concierge assists in maintaining accurate member records through the M360 and MemberFirst platforms, preparing personalized greetings and recognition materials, and ensuring safety and cleanliness in the lobby and front entrance areas. This position also demands flexibility, professionalism, and a willingness to take initiative in both personal and professional growth.

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role
