The Concierge role at Invited is a vital position within the Member Experience team, responsible for enhancing the overall satisfaction of club members through personalized service and meaningful connections. This role centers on managing communications, including phone calls, reservations, and emails, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. The Concierge serves as the primary liaison between members and the club, creating outstanding impressions with warm welcomes and fond farewells. The role involves promoting club events and services, supporting social media and member communications, and conducting outreach initiatives aimed at engaging new and at-risk members to boost retention. Responsibilities also include managing reservations for dining and club programs, facilitating event registration and follow-ups, and maintaining accurate member profiles and records using systems such as M360 and MemberFirst.
Success in this position requires a service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to make every member feel valued and appreciated.
