The Executive Chef role at Oak Tree Country Club in Edmond, OK, is a pivotal leadership position that requires overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring the provision of high-quality, innovative, and cost-effective culinary experiences that align with Invited’s rigorous standards. This position entails comprehensive menu planning that reflects guest preferences, seasonal ingredients, and market conditions, as well as managing food preparation and procurement to guarantee both quality and efficiency. As the Executive Chef, you will lead, supervise, and motivate the kitchen staff to maintain excellence and high morale, while also maintaining compliance with stringent health, safety, and licensing regulations to create a safe and sanitary workspace.
Financial responsibility is a significant aspect of this role, with a focus on driving profitability by managing food and labor costs meticulously and collaborating with management on pricing strategies. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and General Manager to engineer menus and analyze menu item performance to ensure profitability without compromising quality. The Executive Chef also plays an integral role in recruiting, training, and developing kitchen personnel to promote career growth and maintain a professional and respectful environment. Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with other departments, particularly in banquet and event planning, to provide seamless culinary services that exceed member expectations.
Member interaction is another important responsibility, involving regular engagement through table visits to solicit feedback and enhance the dining experience. This hands-on approach ensures that members feel valued and that their culinary preferences are met with creativity and precision.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef, with proven expertise in supervising kitchen staff, managing cost controls, ensuring product quality, and maintaining sanitation standards
