Food Service Team Member (Server / Shack Attendant)

• *Job Summary** We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team in the Food and Beverage department at Losantiville Country Club. This flexible role offers the opportunity to work in both a fast-paced dining environment and an outdoor seasonal snack shack setting. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working with people, and thrive in dynamic environments. • *Responsibilities • Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner • Take and process food and beverage orders using POS systems (Jonas or Micros preferred) • Prepare and serve food and drinks while maintaining quality and presentation standards • Provide menu information, recommend items, and use upselling techniques when appropriate • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining spaces, and service stations • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns • Process payments accurately • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines • *Qualifications • Previous food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required • Familiarity with POS systems such as Jonas or Micros is highly desirable. • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in both fast-paced and relaxed environments • Basic math skills for handling transactions • Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as needed • Reliable transportation or ability to commute Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your enthusiasm and dedication make every guest’s experience exceptional.
