Banquet Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during events and banquets. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive top-notch service while maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage presentation. Responsibilities • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations. • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. • Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event. • Provide excellent guest services by addressing any requests or concerns promptly. • Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during events. • Clear tables and reset for the next course or event as required. • Uphold high standards of customer service, hospitality, and guest relations. Requirements • Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or catering settings, is preferred. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events. • Valid US work authorization • Valid State Drivers License Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
