Restaurant Supervisor at Premier Country Club

We’re seeking a Restaurant Supervisor who leads from the floor, sets the tone for service, and understands that great hospitality is felt, not just delivered. This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be actively engaged in service, guiding the team, anticipating needs, and ensuring every experience meets a higher standard. What You’ll Do: - Lead service on the floor with presence, awareness, and attention to detail - Ensure every table feels cared for, recognized, and never overlooked - Coach the team in real time on pacing, communication, and service execution - Drive consistency across all dining experiences in alignment with elevated service standards - Review reservations and anticipate member needs and preferences - Partner closely with the kitchen to ensure flow, timing, and presentation - Step in during peak moments to support service wherever needed - Own the dining room environment including cleanliness, lighting, and overall ambiance - Handle member feedback and service recovery with professionalism and care - Support team training, development, and accountability What You Bring: - 2+ years of experience in restaurant or club-level food & beverage leadership - Strong floor presence and the ability to lead in real time - Passion for hospitality and delivering refined dining experiences - Knowledge of food, wine, and service fundamentals - Ability to stay composed and decisive in a fast-paced environment - Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays Why This Role Matters: - This role directly shapes the member experience.
