Restaurant Floor Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a year round Restaurant Supervisor for our country club. We are a private year round club with a restaurant and a members lounge pub. The candidate is responsible for the day to day operation of the main dining area & pub. Responsibilities include maintaining a visible presence on the floor during service hours for unsurpassed Service to guests , training and scheduling of waitstaff. This is a hands on position and candidate must possess strong waitstaff and bartending skills, have the ability to multitask and manage a team of service staff. Prior waitstaff and bartending experience is a plus. Job Tasks Oversee daily dining room operations to ensure smooth, efficient service Supervise servers, hosts, bussers, and support staff during service Ensure team members follow established service standards and steps of service Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly Coordinate communication between the front-of-house team and kitchen Manage seating flow, reservations, and table turns during service Support opening and closing procedures and maintain dining room cleanliness Train, coach, and support staff to maintain high hospitality standards Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience in a related position in a or hotel/restaurant To apply please send resume Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour Physical Setting Bar Casual dining restaurant Fine dining restaurant Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
