Join Our Team:
We are looking for an individual who have a solid knowledge of food and are passionate to develop their strong Line Cook skills within the Club industry. They must have creativity and flair and the ability to provide guidance to others, must be able to work alone, and are able to evidence good business acumen and a strong work ethic
Applicants are required to have two years of operational kitchen experience with a diversity of culinary experience and a proven track record in fine dining a must. Culinary qualifications are essential. Supervisory experience a plus. Negotiable salary based on experience.
About Coral Ridge Country Club:
Founded in 1954, the Club boasts a Robert Trent Jones, Sr. classically designed championship course and a Rees Jones designed Par 3, 9-hole course that are both meticulously maintained, along with various golf practice facilities. The Club also features 11 flawless tennis courts, a junior Olympic swimming pool, playground and three dining locations.
