Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with efficiency, consistency, and attention to detailFollow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure quality standards are metAssist in menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support seasonal and special offeringsMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station in compliance with food safety regulationsHandle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and portioning of ingredientsCollaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periodsSupport catering events and special functions by preparing dishes according to specificationsUse knife skills proficiently for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food prep tasksExperience Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant or food service environmentStrong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standardsExperience working in fine dining settings or high-volume kitchens preferredFamiliarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plusKnowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operationsDemonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standardsExcellent knife skills and understanding of food industry best practices for safety and sanitationJoin us to bring your culinary expertise to life in an energetic environment where your skills make a real difference!
