Sous Chef. / Line Cook

SOUS CHEF / LINE COOK Boulder Creek Golf Club is looking for an experienced Sous Chef / Line Cook to help build the next chapter of our kitchen. We're more than just a golf course. Guests visit us for golf, disc golf, tournaments, weddings, private events, and great food. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who takes pride in cooking, enjoys working with a small team, and wants to help build something special. This is a hands-on leadership role with room to grow. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Prepare high-quality lunch, dinner, and event menus • Cook on grill, sauté, fry, and prep stations • Help maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation • Assist with menu development and daily specials • Manage prep lists and kitchen organization • Help with inventory, ordering, and food cost control • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen • Support banquet and tournament food service • Work closely with ownership to improve and grow the food program WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 3+ years of professional kitchen experience • Experience in high-volume restaurant kitchens • Leadership experience is a plus • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Ability to stay organized under pressure • California Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain) • Reliable transportation WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive pay based on experience • Full-time position • Flexible scheduling • Golf privileges • Employee discounts • Beautiful mountain work environment • Opportunity for advancement as the club grows ABOUT US Boulder Creek Golf Club is located in the Santa Cruz Mountains and is undergoing an exciting transformation.
