Duties

Assist in menu planning and development, contributing innovative ideas for new dishes.
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Conduct regular quality checks on food items before serving to ensure freshness and presentation.
Skills
Proficient in knife skills and various cooking techniques.
Strong knowledge of food preparation methods and culinary techniques.
Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Experience working in a fine dining or high-volume food service setting is preferred.
