Responsibilities
Assist in the inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Support the maintenance team in performing routine repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
Document equipment conditions, test results, and repair activities accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Help identify potential issues before they lead to equipment failure, contributing to overall operational efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices and develop technical skills related to equipment operation and repair.
Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret operation, maintenance, and safety manuals.
Ability to work safely in outdoor environments subject to changing weather conditions.
Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent (some college or technical coursework preferred).
Ability to read and understand wiring, hydraulic, and schematic diagrams.
Knowledge of internal combustion engine theory, operation, and maintenance.
Understanding of mower grinding, sharpening, and adjustment techniques.
Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Proven reliability and punctual attendance.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
