Job Description:
Awesome opportunity for dedicated servers at our new FAC Restaurant! Cascade Hills Country Club is currently seeking dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team. As a Server, you will contribute to the exceptional service standards our members and guests expect while enjoying an energetic and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Hospitality: Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests enjoying the restaurant and pool area.
Order Taking: Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Table Service: Serve food and beverages to members and their guests in a courteous and timely manner.
Knowledge of Menu: Have a thorough understanding of the menu items, including specials, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
Upselling: Proactively suggest additional items and upsell to contribute to overall revenue.
Table Maintenance: Ensure tables and poolside seating areas are clean, well-organized, and properly set up.
Communication: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
Payment Processing: Handle bills and process transactions accurately.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Comfortable working outside.
