Our goals for guest service are highly elevated, proactive and personalized as we warmly welcome every guest and provide heartfelt support at every interaction. Description We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and energetic server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience by providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring timely food and beverage delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival • Present menus, explain specials, and answer any questions about menu items or ingredients • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar • Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and work areas • Handle payment transactions and operate the POS system • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow • Uphold the restaurant’s standards of customer service and hospitality Qualifications: • Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Must be able to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation Starting at $11.00 per hour, plus tips.
