Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club is hiring experienced Line Cooks for summer 2026 season! & Spend your summer working in Northern Michigan! Line cook positions available in our high-level kitchen & in our fun fast-paced concession stand making outstanding tips! & Great pay - $19 - $26 hourly, plus tips at our concession stand & Job Type: & Full-Time hours during summer season AM & PM shifts available & Qualified candidates must have their own reliable transportation & Seasonal Benefits: • Free lunch and dinner meals provided during your shifts • Free golf • Employee discount on golf shop merchandise • Uniforms provided • Employee appreciation events • Employee recognition Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible in maintaining all standards regarding sanitation, food preparation and storage • Responsible for all set-up and clean up regarding particular food station • Responsible for all menu items prepared per recipe guidelines • Responsible for all equipment cleaning and proper food storage. • Responsible for putting away all stock items in walk-in cooler and dry storage • Must label, date and rotate all consumable product • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned & Education Requirements: Need at least 2+ years cooking experience (preferred) Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.& Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures. & & & Birchwood Farms Golf & Country Club is a private member owned Country Club with approximately 900 members.
