Line Cook - FINE DINING Bloomfield Hills, MI Wabeek County Club Full-time • Not an entry-level opportunity* Wabeek Country Club is a chef-driven restaurant focused on exceptional technique, refined presentation, and seasonal ingredients. We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook who brings professionalism, consistency, and passion to our kitchen. • Pay: $25 - $28 per hour • Location: Wabeek Country Club 4000 Clubgate Dr. Bloomfield Twp, MI • Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week • Position: Line Cook • Schedule: 2 PM – 10 PM, availability for weekends & some holidays Responsibilities: • Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail. • Maintain proper mise en place and station organization. • Follow recipes, plating guides, and direction from Chef. • Work efficiently during service while maintaining calm and focus. • Ensure cleanliness and adherence to all food safety and sanitation standards. • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in a fine-dining kitchen. • Strong knife skills and solid command of classic and modern techniques. • Proven reliability and ability to perform under pressure. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. • Willingness to learn and grow within a high-standard culinary environment.
